Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy

1. Order Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
We suspect fraud,
The product is unavailable, or
There is a pricing or stock error.
If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded in full using the same payment method used at checkout (unless otherwise agreed).

2. Order Cancellations by You
You may cancel your order:
Within 7 days of receiving the goods (CPA cooling-off period for online sales), or
If delivery is delayed beyond 14 days from the order date.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our sales team.
Delivery fees and cash-handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a return/refund:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
In cases where a refund is not possible, we may issue a store credit (coupon code) at our discretion.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be:
Unused, unwashed, and unaltered,
In their original packaging with labels attached.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
All courier costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid in advance.

5. Sale Items
No refunds or exchanges on sale, clearance, or discounted items. Please check product details carefully before ordering.

6. Faulty or Defective Products
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days.
We will inspect the item and, if confirmed defective, offer a refund, repair, or replacement as required by the Consumer Protection Act.
Normal wear, misuse, or negligence will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Exchange Policy Within 03 days of receiving your product/s faulty items may be refunded or exchanged. Any item/s that are to be returned should be in its original form unused and unaltered with labels still attached. If the size of the product is incorrect then it can be exchanged on the following conditions: A replacement size should be available in order for the exchange to occur. The product in question must be, unused and unaltered (in any manner whatsoever, whether by wash, stain or otherwise). For the purposes of resale the product must be in a satisfactory and suitable condition in its original packaging but if a non-defective product shows indications of extended use then the product will not be accepted. In addition all posting/carrier costs has to be paid by the customer. The courier/posting costs will have to be paid in advance by the customer.

Items on sale

The Exchange policy is not applicable to items bought on sale. Exchange or returns will not be accepted on any sale items therefore make sure that you are highly satisfied with the product/s on sale before ordering them.

6. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER (NON-FAULTY PRODUCT)
6.1 Any purchase contract entered into online may be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of receiving the order and to receive a refund subject to clause 5.3. You are also entitled to cancel a purchase if there is a delay in the delivery beyond the estimated dispatch date/time frame (or if it is not specified, beyond 14 days from the order date).
